The house has a contemporary yet luxurious character, with unobstructed views and maximum sunlight, adequate privacy and transparency. The house and its outdoor areas face West, with linear elements directing all focus towards the exterior. Following clean and straight lines, the design reinforces the idea behind the concept: less is more, yet the richness of the space due to the materials and double height composition create an authentic complexity.

The Ground Floor consists of the double height Living Area, the Kitchen, the Dining Area, the Office and the two Parking Spaces. On the First Floor, the Master Bedroom, located North, is located along the last position of the building axis, next to the other two bedrooms, which are located on the West side while the East side is screened with a large double height space. The separation is achieved with a bridge in-between the two sides. All the Bedrooms have views towards the Garden.

The use of glazing around the southern perimeter of the house brings nature into the interior, connecting the outside with the inside. In this way, we bring light into the house and foster a sense of harmony with the natural surroundings. The Garden is one of the most important elements, as all the main spaces have views towards it. Located to the western boundary of the plot, we achieve maximum sunlight and air quality.

The design incorporates very few and carefully selected materials, which have the capacity to create authentic textures that are pleasing to both the eye and the touch. Materials like wood and travertine are used to radiate luxury and add to the contemporary yet luxurious character of the house. Rough plaster, reinforces the building’s light atmosphere with its pale colour, yet creates a feeling of privacy. Wooden louvers surround the house, while creating playful elevations. The pale, naturally pigmented colours are used to create a warm, light atmosphere, while they ccompliment the simplicity of the design.
