Edition Villas are located where natural beauty and history meet. The site, 300 meters away from beautiful sandy beaches and Cyprus most fully organized marina, is home to 5 luxurious villas. Situated in idyllic surroundings, each villa offers stunning views and is surrounded by lush landscaping for maximum privacy.
The villas, not only represent the beauty of the Mediterranean, but also depict the ancient history of the site. The magnificent tombs of the Kings, as well as the historic Koureion, the kingdom of Cyprus, shed the light of inspiration for the architectural design. Prominent stone walls resemble historical Roman villas, while voids and capacious areas remind us of the monumental underground tombs.
The open design allows sea breezes to flow into the interior. Each villa comprises of an endless swimming pool, a spacious living room, an open plan kitchen, outdoor relaxation areas, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms and a basement which includes a deluxe gym, a sauna, a capacious cinema area, all absolutely necessary for experiencing the life of luxury.Interior areas fully dedicated to greenery and vegetation allow light into the interior making the space brighter.
The infinite blue enters the interior and blends with the greenery, reflecting the exterior lavish setting, giving the full Mediterranean experience.Following clean and straight lines, the design reinforces the idea behind the concept: less is more.All rooms and amenities face South, with linear elements directing all focus towards the sea. The immediate relationship between the back and the front, translates into a transparent design, allowing views and light to flow into the interior.
