Main design principle; the spatial relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
All rooms benefit from the view towards outdoor gardens, providing strong spatial experiences while cooking, dining, or enjoying the fireplace.
Ground floor main spaces face towards East and South. Glass is used to separate the interior with the exterior, which allows direct view to the garden , the swimming pool and green area from almost all the spaces. This creates an immediate relationship between the inside and the outside, allowing views and light to flow into the interior.
The house comprises of a spacious separated kitchen area, a dining room able to expand and connect with the living room and a warm TV and Fireplace Room. The Living and Fireplace Room are divided through a double sided fireplace so that it can be enjoyed by both spaces. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms and a spacious Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, an office, a Laundry room with direct access to the veranda, and a spacious common bathroom.
