The 7 houses proposed for development in Paphos, combines three typologies of housing: Type A, Type B and Type C. All typologies consist of a minimalist architectural style with maximize a direct view towards the sea views. The design incorporates mostly natural materials, which lead to a formality where less is more. Natural elements have the capacity to create authentic textures that are pleasing to both the eye and the touch. They are inspired by the beach but also from tradition.
Outside as well as inside, the villas have finishes in rich, natural woods. Pale, naturally pigmented colors are used to create warmth, light and atmosphere.
