The project is located in Protaras near the beach and it is about a renovation of an existing summer house with the extension of two independent bedrooms with en-suite bathroom which are connected together with an open living space.

The signature materials of the house are wood, spatula textured walls and windows with color in the same pallet. These materials design the character of the house while keeping a minimal altitude. Touches of wood and light grey textures in the interior provide a warmer, human focused space with minimal formality providing a unique experience both inside and outside the house
​
Emphasis is given to the outdoor and indoor living spaces, the landscape design and in general to the atmosphere that gives the qualities and the ambience of a summer house. The covered outdoor living spaces act like in-between spaces for the gardens and the house providing a sense of freshness and openness. Moreover expanding the living spaces in the outdoor gives also the impression of bigger space.
