The MPresidence is located in Anexartisias street, a commercial district in Limassol and comprise a total of 23 apartments. Each apartment is divided in different zones according to their facility (bathroom, kitchen, storage and bedroom).
The studio facilities are connected together with minimum dimensions creating a bigger luminous space for the living area
Fixed furniture are placed next to the walls forming a a straight circulation line
The facilities are designed as fixed elements at the beginning of each studio, to create a spacious living area for the residents next to the windows for better natural lighting and ventilation. A warm pallet of materials and textures has been selected for the interior of the studios. The materiality is different for each facility giving the impression of individual modules inside the studio and at the same time creating a playful atmosphere.
