NEO house is located at the Ksilotimbou area in Larnaca district. Ksilotimbou is a small village close to Larnaca city. The area of the project is a residential area with one or two story villas. The creation of a 200 sqm. footprint of the residence is providing the opportunity of a generous outdoor space with swimming pool, covered veranda, interior gardens and green areas.
The concept of parallel and perpendicular walls in the space (indoor and outdoor at the same time) gives the residence privacy and the sense of extension of the indoor space into the outdoor space. The parallel walls create the main entrance of the house. The richness of the materials and the well studied relation between them gives a warm but still contemporary aspect to the project.
