The plot is located on a high hill looking towards Pentadaktilos mountain that can offer a panoramic view to the residents. Therefore, the aim is to take advandage of the plot's spectacular view by placing the building volumes towards it.
Even though the development looks as a continues facade, each block apartment works independanly to ensure privacy and safety for the residents. At the same time, the development maintains a unified architectural language.
Green areas are stradigially placed in between the building blocks to create private outdoor spaces for the residents . Also, along the plot's layout a green lane was created to increase privacy for the residents and contribute to a smooth transition for the pedestriance while entering in the plot.
